Mellow Hostel - Kuta (Lombok)

Everything was great! the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. the private room was excellent value for money, and the location was convenient with easy access to the beach and other amenities. the breakfast was delicious, and there was always water, coffee, and tea available. it was a enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The shower in my room only had cold water, and the shower bracket was broken, which made it difficult to shower properly. I had to go to the dorm rooms in another building to use the hot water shower, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had an amazing stay at a hostel in Kuta. The staff were accommodating and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, in the middle of all the restaurants and bars. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade omelets and pancakes. The variety of scooters available to rent was excellent. The owner was also able to arrange tours for us. it was a fantastic experience.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Had a blast at this hostel over New Year's! the hosts were amazing - so friendly and welcoming. Loved the fact that they had a laundry service and scooter rental available. the location was perfect, close to all the beautiful beaches and easy to explore the area. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Met some fantastic people and felt right at home. Definitely planning to come back!

Couldn't find any negatives about my stay at this hostel. Everything was perfect - from the helpful staff to the cozy beds and great location.

What an amazing experience we had at this hostel! The beds were comfy with all the amenities you could ask for - a lamp, plug, fan, and curtain for privacy. The AC in the room was a lifesaver during the hot days. The staff were pretty good, arranged a boat trip for us and even taking us to the airport at 4 am. The breakfast was delicious and the toilets and showers were clean with hot water. We reminded me of part of the family, especially during the lovely BBQ they hosted. The central location was convenient, close to everything we needed. I highly recommend this hostel for anyone visiting!

Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, convenient location to bars, restaurants, and the beach. Variety of activities available such as surfing and hiking. The room had all necessary amenities, including AC and hot shower. Good breakfast options. Would recommend for a pleasant stay in central area.

The staff at the hostel were absolutely amazing, always friendly and helpful. They made me feel like part of the family and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The included breakfast options were delicious, with a choice between banana pancakes and eggs with toast. The hostel's location was perfect for exploring the area, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and ATMs nearby. the beds in the dorms were comfortable, with curtains for privacy and lockers to store valuables.

Best thing about this place was the comfortable beds and the friendly staff. The beds had curtains, fans, and lights which made it really cozy. The staff were always there to help and were very accommodating.

Worst part was that there was no hot water in the private bathroom, but you could use the shared bathroom for hot showers. The other downside was the smell in the room, probably from the lack of ventilation.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in the heart of the town. It is conveniently close to various beaches in the area, making it ideal for travelers who want to explore. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing great service. The dormitory offers hot showers, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hostel also offers motorbike rentals, a shared kitchen, and a comfy hammock in front of the cottage.

There is a slight inconvenience with the monkeys at the hotel. While one of the monkeys is cute and harmless, the other one on a chain acts aggressively towards guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Mellow in Kuta. Our room was clean and spacious, with a lovely patio area. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged transport for us at a great price. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street. The breakfast was delicious and there were cooking facilities and a fridge available. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again. Great value for money!

The bunk beds were sturdy and provided plenty of privacy with curtains. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and main strip. We felt right at home and Bruno was always there to help with any questions or recommendations. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for those who prefer a quieter hostel. The complimentary coffee, tea, and water was a nice touch. we highly recommend Mellow for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kuta.
